Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 each Orange Juice & Zest
- 2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Coriander Seed (toasted and crushed)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1 tsp Star Anise (crushed)
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Flakes
- ¼ tsp Clove (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme (chopped)
Directions
Using a blender, carefully pulse all ingredients until emulsified. Set aside for further use.
